For years I had a hardtop shell, which was bent, but never built the hardtop up. The shell came off a wreck in about the 80's. I bought a hardtop window at the time, and stored it for a few decades intending to put it in the hardtop when I had it un-bent. Finally did that last year but the window was not close in fitting. Probably because of the bending. I bought a new window which after much adjustment to the shell, and lots of silicon, was made to fit. Panelbeater is in therapy but should be released soon.
If anyone would like the window they are welcome to it free. Just arrange to cruise past and it is yours. The new window is curved across the window. In other words, there is a curve from top to bottom. The window I have is not curved top to bottom. It was produced aeons ago by the club so there may be cars out there using this window. It is in good condition having never been used.
Let me know if anyone wants it.
