My Escort rack works well in conjunction with TR6 steering arms and Terry's bracket. Need to adjust position for minimum bump steer (refer Rob Bradfords write up in technical section of web site). Sue likes my MX5 seats because of adjustable back rest although they are a very tight fit and have no problems (no drips) with the standard crank seal on rebuilt engine. I had a TR4 that leaked but that was due to worn engine giving higher crankcase pressure.

I have just installed new rear crankshaft seal with no leaks so far. I used Rear Seal Conversion Kit Part No. 06086UR available from British Parts Northwest (USA) for $180. Also alignment tool is available for $40. Vitron Seal runs on the 13mm machined section between the scroll and flywheel flange so you don't have to get crankshaft ground. Carefully follow instructions that come with the kit. Rusty

My tr3a has cobra seats by Tony OConnell in Victoria. They fit really well and comfy. Headrest come off so tonneau still fits . Had a electric heater fitted to Susie's seat which she loves. Recommend you give him a call.
It also has an escort rack fitted by Ray Leslie. Bump steer was sorted in fitting up so really good to steer.
I just fitted 5.5 wires with 205/65R15 tyres so I am going to put 3° Trunions in it and new bigger stub axles for the extra weight and load.
