Hi all

I am in the process of a TR2 restoration and am installing rear axle hardware. There is a clip located just behind the rearmost axle limit strap stud on the right side. I need to relocate that clip but do not actually know what is is for. I can't imagine any wiring or tubes running down the chassis externally

can anyone provide a clue?

Col

Morning Colin

You don't actually need the overflow pipe, you can block it off with a bspt fitting and you won't have any problems, at least I haven't on any of my fuel tanks I made. The tank will breath enough through the filler cap, but as with anything its a personal choice.

I have done the same as Johnno on both TRs.
